Terms of sale

These terms govern the purchase of products through this website.

Who sells

The sale is made by Mikel Gastaminza, sole trader (self-employed) domiciled in the Community of Madrid, Spain, hereinafter «the seller». You can get in touch by email at the address shown at the foot of this page.

Order process

The purchase process has three steps: selecting the product and quantity, paying via the chosen method, and confirmation of the order by email as soon as payment is received.

Prices

All prices are shown in euros with VAT included. The seller reserves the right to change the published prices, without this affecting orders already confirmed.

Payment methods

The available payment methods are shown during the purchase process itself.

Delivery

The order is sent to the address indicated by the buyer within the timeframe set out in the Shipping section of this same page.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the rights granted to you by the consumer protection rules of the European Union and your country of residence. For any dispute, and without prejudice to the jurisdiction that may correspond to the consumer, you may also use the European online dispute resolution platform.

Shipping

Shipping costs 4,90 €, free from 49 € per order. Orders leave Spain within 24/48 working hours and typically reach other EU destinations in a few working days, always with a tracking number.

Shipping to Ireland and other European Union destinations. For destinations outside the EU or remote territories, write to us before ordering: different timeframes, costs and customs procedures may apply.

Returns and right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal, with no need to justify it, in accordance with European consumer protection rules and the Spanish legislation applicable to the seller (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007).

As these are products sealed for hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal no longer applies once the product has been unsealed after delivery.

To exercise withdrawal, write to us at the contact email shown at the foot of this page within the stated period.

If withdrawal is valid, the refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days from notification, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we replace or refund it at no cost to you; write to us with photos of the problem at the contact email.

The data provided (email, shipping details) is processed to manage your order and, if you request it, to notify you of product availability.

The legal basis for processing is the performance of the sales contract and, in the case of availability notifications, your consent.

Data is kept for as long as necessary to manage the order and, thereafter, for the periods required by tax and accounting rules.

No data is shared with third parties except by legal obligation or with the payment and shipping providers strictly necessary to complete your order, with no transfers outside the European Union unless the provider offers adequate safeguards.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to us at the contact email, and lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority (the Spanish AEPD, as the controller's authority, or the authority in your country of residence) if you consider your request has not been properly handled.
